Where do I purchase the yarn?
All Daughter of a Shepherd yarns are limited edition and are sold via our website in previously announced updates. If you do not see yarn for sale then we are awaiting our next batch. Occasionally you will find us at yarn festivals and these will be announced prior to the event via social media and our newsletter.

How do I sign up for the mailing list?
Simply click here and enter your details.

Do you accept returns?
Please inform us within 14 days of receipt of goods if you wish to return an item and return them within a further 14 days to receive a refund of the value of the goods only (shipping is not refunded). Goods must be returned in exactly the same condition they were sold in. If you are concerned there may be a fault with your yarn then please contact us to discuss the matter further and we will do our utmost to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Can I track my parcel?
If you require a tracking number please contact us immediately after placing your order and we will calculate the additional amount due to cover this service and invoice you for it separately.

I have been charged an import tax or customs fee - is this not included in the shipping?
No. Any local charges made by a mail carrier or customs and excise department on arrival of your package into the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the bill you pay to Daughter of a Shepherd.
